Our Purim schedule is as follows:

No afternoon group thursday, March 1st, taanis esther

and Monday, March 5th, Shushan Purim

Face Painting in Honor of......Purim!

....which we were planning to save for our big upcoming Purim party,

but once their hiding place was discovered,

there was no turning back,

oh well,

we can always do it again!

Anyway it was very exciting!

The girls all wanted butterflys

and the boys all wanted lions (surprise!)

Shehakol Smoothies!

We used milk to make our yummy smoothies! We also put in bananas, stawberrys, and pineapple! Then we all made a bracha shehakol together and enjoyed our treat!

We are all so excited to be back after vacation! Today we made peanut butter balls and we were able to eat them right away cuz it doesnt have to bake. There is no eggs in them!

This is how we made them:

You mix together

peanut butter

confectioner sugar

margarine

and vanilla extract

...it's that simple!!!

Mezonos Week!

What a great week it was! We made cookies, decorated cupcakes, made mezonos people, and learned a lot! Enjoy our pictures of our very special mezonos week!

We really enjoyed making our mezonos people! Everyone added their own creativity and personality to their project. Some of us added hair, hairbows, kipahs, buttons....of course the best part is the part when we get to eat it! As Moishy said when we mentioned an upcoming project : is it one we could eat?
